Do not use or download the app. They withdraw money from your registered account without your consent and without telling you in advance. This is defined as "their policy". Don't give money in vain!

They are charging you for everything. This is a big scam. Do not accept any payment from them, or your money will be stolen.

I initially signed up for Coursiv after seeing an advertisement that offered what I believed was a *one-time* payment of around 10 EUR for access to AI courses and lessons. The ad suggested that this would help me build my skills in various AI tools until around March. Unfortunately, I was misled, as this charge turned out to be part of a subscription model. When I discovered the recurring charge, I was surprised and disappointed. I didn’t intend to agree to a subscription and felt that the advertisement was deceptive in its presentation of the payment structure. Moreover, I found the content to be quite basic and not as enriching as I had hoped, which led me to disengage. I expected more advanced material given the premise of becoming proficient in AI tools and the info provided by me in the quiz. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I feel that the company needs to improve its transparency regarding subscription plans and promotional offers. I would not recommend this app until significant changes are made to ensure clarity and honesty in their advertising practices.

I was tricked to pay the amount of 50 euro, although I only wanted the preview for 8 eur. They charge you without even showing what you are paying for. No trial! And it turns out that the content is absolutely useless! And they give you no refund!

Don’t buy anything! I bought something for around 8 euro and i haven’t used the app. Then they charged me 50 euro without my agreement. Okay its in the terms you said it idk but i won’t use your stupid app you just charged me 1 hour ago and i sent you 3 emails right after being charged so return me my money i won’t use this app. Awful experience and terms.
