App ist Betrug / Abzocke
Ich habe mich nach kurzer Überlegung dazu entschieden das Abo für einen Monat zu testen und habe dafür 24,99€ gezahlt. Das war auch alles rechtens und ich wurde gefragt ob ich den Kauf bestätige.
Danach ging es zur Einrichtung der App. Da kam eine Anzeige wegen eines Zusatz-Abos zum Thema GPT Bible. Ich wollte mir das Abo durchlesen und habe drauf gedrückt. Nichts mit „Abo kaufen“ oder „Kauf bestätigen“ oder „Abo hinzufügen“. Zack kam eine Benachrichtigung von Paypal… Es wurden 49,99€ an Coursiv überwiesen.
Seit dem stehe ich mit dem Support in Verbindung wegen einer Rückerstattung, aber ohne Erfolg…
Die App nicht Downloaden. Ist absoluter Betrug und total unseriös.

THIS IS SCAM! I wanted to have a 7-day test trial for 7€. They charged me 49€ (!) with no money back as you automatically subscribe for a 28-day-plan (which you are not aware of!!). As they are based in Cyprus you literally have no rights to get your money back. Dear Apple, please forbid such Scam-Apps!

Bin ehrlich an sich hatte ich nichts gegen die App, sah an sich interessant aus, auch das Verständnis näher beizubringen mit KI Digitales Einkommen zu generieren. Ich war bereit für eine Woche ein Abo abzuschließen was mich 8,66€ gekostet hat, was soweit alles gut war, doch ein paar Klicks weiter kam mir das nächste Angebot welches im Rabatt 39,99 gekostet hat ( Chatgpt Bible) und ich ausversehen gekauft habe, weil keine Kaufvorwarnung dazwischen kam, was beim ersten Kauf jedoch existierte. Wie gesagt ich wollte das Produkt NICHT kaufen. Bin danach mit dem Kundendienst in Kontakt per E-Mail gekommen, jedoch hatte ich das Gefühl, als würde ein Bot mit mir schreiben, weil er mein Ausführliches geschildertes Problem nicht verstehen konnte/wollte. Habe auch wirklich 4-5 mal mein Problem exakt geschildert, jedoch haben sie einfach mein Abo gekündigt und jegliche weitere Bezahlungen gestoppt, was nicht mal der Kontext meiner Nachricht gewesen war, weil das Abo nicht das Problem war sondern nur der zweite mir angedrehte Kauf. Rückerstatten wollen sie mir mein Geld nicht zurück, deshalb 1 Stern ansonsten hätte ich entweder 4 oder 5 Sterne gegeben.

An issue
The app repeatedly closes and doesn’t restart from where you were. That becomes time consuming and therefore annoying. Also, it would be great if the prompt could be copied and pasted for the exercises.
