The app is the same as the website, why bother
In the end you have to chat/book via WA, and the person behind the chat offer a higher price than (the new user discounted price) stated on the website or the app. Why bother creating an app then? You can bookmark, but no reminder? The “business process” is dependent on the “sales person” behind that chat system. Might not be as transparent and straightforward as your expectation. Quite a stark difference from the “high-end and chic modern co-living” image they want to “sell” to the public. And there’s a disparity of information that I got from directly visiting the website and location (both website and on location “stated” there’re available room(s)), and the “online person” behind the chat (said none is available)… whereas I was just at the location literally minutes apart and with my own eyes I saw said room(s) are definitely empty. Looking at a vacant room, a vacant bathroom with no electricity since no tenant top up the electricity token. So who should I believe then? Definitely my own eyes, no? I was sold at first but no longer.
