Unacceptable to get amessage that service is unavailable and I need to subscribe. I pay nearly $300 per month and this message is an insult and incorrect. Only solution seems to be resetting a box. I expect better service for the price I pay.

I don’t know why you took away PC billing, so now I can’t pay my bill on my PC stupid move. More people are getting hacked on their phones then on their PC.

Setup a new card after my last card was stolen and after an hour of being on the phone with finally got the retuned fee dropped. Confirmed auto pay was setup and you idiots managed to screw that up! Maybe another provider could offer better service I’ve been a client for like 15 years and all Cox can do is raise their prices and offer worse service year after year.

The Cox cable app makes it easy to pay your bill, although I live in a two bedroom apartment which is small and my bill is over $100 , I love there service the service but it’s too expensive

Insane how expensive this company is. I get half the channels. I got with Spectrum and a third of the customer service talk about rude.

My Internet is slower than snail snot. It is so frustrating.

Fox provides a terrible service. My internet is going out twice a week on average for at least a couple hours. Then they expect me to pay top dollar for their bottom dollar service. If you can get internet elsewhere do it. I can’t.
