I bought smart lights and when I connected it put the lights on the wrong colour I reconnected it multiple times but it didn’t work so that’s my you have a one star rating

The app was ok but now it forces you to add devices to home if you are on iPhone which is not what I need (I use HA), and it is not going to work without access to Home app. Yet without this app you can’t configure wifi so the devices are unusable.

I have 11 switches in the house. Most work fine but they always go ‘offline’ in HomeKit and then I need to reinstall them on the app again and again. I can never upgrade the firmware on the app because it also times out! There must be a better way to update the firmware without the app telling me it’s timed out and ‘I know!’ button appearing?

Yeah don’t buy the led strips, it does not work with Alexa can’t even enable the skill and you can’t even sign out of the app not worth the money at all!

Fatal! Ni siquiera pude conectar el primer foco a pesar de no estar a más de 3 metros del router. Contraseña exacta y nada.

Por mas que lo intente y verifique la información una y otra vez sigue mostrando el mensaje de contraseña inválida, malísima!

Mis focos están prendidos y la app dice que están desconectados, no muestra la información en tiempo real. Además, intenté utilizar una automatización para que mis focos se prendieran y apagaran a cierta hora y nunca funcionó.

Es una muy mala aplicación, tiene una pésima traducción o interpretación, no es posible ajustar los horarios de programación, no guarda los ajustes, la programación no ejecuta

Se me hace nada practica la app no deja conectar no me aparece en el wifi la señal que quieren que escoja y no puedo usarlos con wifi sólo como focos normales
