I still program old 8 but micros using machine code so I searched and searched for a good hex calculator that specifically could be altered to 16 bit range only. Not only is this the only one that allowed this feature, it is also the best looking and easiest to use - in my opinion!

There are a number of Hex Calculators available through the AppStore. A few are free and some which seem ridiculously highly priced. As far as I can see on first observations, this app does "just what it says on the tin." It has the BIN, OCT, DEC and HEX which are missing from the iPhone built-in calculator, and the ability to switch/convert between the bases. Good size buttons and an un-cluttered layout are perfect for we who need to use spectacles for reading. No Nagging Adverts yet and only 70.1KB Congratulations and thanks for a great app.
I've finally found a simple/functional dec/hex calculator, that will finally replace my old desk calculator. This is the best hex calculator I've found for the iphone with uncluttered buttons and big display - even better, it's free!
