Needs constant reinstalling

Same issue as everyone else,, I have to uninstall and reinstall everyday. Absolutely unacceptable and wastes time

I have to delete and reinstall every single day - can only get one or two uses out of it before it freezes. This is completely unacceptable for a safeguarding app - having to delete and reinstall in a child protection meeting in front of social workers and police was utterly ridiculous. I have contacted CPOMS several times and they have done nothing.

Despite all the reviews about the need to delete reinstall this app, it is still a problem. If I had my chance again I would not have bought in CPOMs.

When opened to authenticate does not load. Constantly have to close app and reopen. Just such a poor functionality

Same issue as everyone else, have to constantly delete and reinstall after a couple of uses. This has been going on for a long time now and needs fixing.

Unfortunately, virtually every time I go to elevate my access using the app, it doesn’t work and I have to delete it and re-download it.

Constantly gets stuck on loading screen so it’s not possible to get into app without reinstalling daily.

Constantly have to delete and re install same as everyone else on here so please update the app to fix this. There are plenty of authenticator apps out there that work so I’m sure someone can work out how to sort this.

Frequently have to delete the app and reload it as it often won’t open (wheel of doom)
