Great Concept, Very Little Content
Upon seeing the style of the game, the user interface and the gameplay loop - I was really excited to try it out. The main screen looked like it was missing some content I would expect in a game like this but I figured it was just locked. After a day or so I was enjoying the game enough that I purchased all the upgrades to support the developer. Sadly, I regret this now. The game is incredibly bare and the content here is tiny. Yes it will last you a long time, but there’s almost no active gameplay and most systems to make gear useful are completely missing. The game hasn’t seen major content in a very long time and the content that is currently in the pipeline seems to be just a code refactor, meaning the wait for the next content update is probably months or even years away. I have also encountered a few annoying bugs while playing, which is forgivable but still frustrating. I really hope that the development speed picks up and new content is actually added. If it ever does, I’ll be back to update this review.
