Just paid thousands to take a course and the app won’t even open at all. I’m a person on a budget and this course took a lot of blood sweat and tears to save for. I hope this is fix asap or I want my money back.

I see a lot of reviews about the app “crashing.” Every once in a while the app does go through an update, so you have to be patient. I love the app. It’s like social media for the Microblading world. It’s a great way to connect and watch helpful videos posted by masters. It allows students to have access to all videos and lectures taught in class. We’re also able to communicate directly with our master/teacher for advice and direction to pass levels to eventually gain a certificate. I couldn’t imagine taking a training and not have Craft master. It really is designed for students success.

App down and no communication for over 2 days now.

The app has been crashing for the past 2 days I sent out an email for help but I had received a notification saying that my message was blocked. What is going on?

I’ve payed too much for this lesson plan for the app to crash and not load! Have emailed them before and they replied that they’re coming out with an update. That was months ago! This is ridiculous.

I wish I could score lower than a 1. This app is absolutely the worse. Crashes for days at a time which makes it very stressful to try and pass. On top good luck trying to open lectures from before. It’ll say there are no lectures. Thousands on an academy and the tools you need cannot even be accessed. This is very bad business!¡

I have been trying for days and can’t load anything / I contacted the company and mentioned the problem but no one acknowledged my concerns. I am about to take a class this coming Saturday and put 3.500 down upfront — but so far the app is not opening at all. FRUSTRATING!

I have had it with this app! I’ve payed a couple thousand dollars for this program and I haven’t been able to access it in over a month. I have tried to reach out but with no reply. You get 6 months access to the app/program but it isn’t even usable. It’s starting to seem like a scam to me.

Please fix app this isn’t fair for us students we are never able to use this app seems like it’s purposely with all the money we pay to take the course and become certified this app never works !!
