Great, Simple Migraine Tracker!
I’ve been on the hunt for a migraine tracker/diary that is both simple to use but allows me to include enough data (symptoms, severity, meds) that I can reflect on my headaches and notice patterns. So far, this app has been my favorite! It is quick and painless to log a headache. Several other apps I’ve tried ask too many questions regarding a headache, which makes it burdensome to log, especially in the midst of a migraine attack. I also love the ability to export the migraine log, perfect to bring to your next doctors appointment. A few features I’d love to see in this app! - Dark mode support - the bright white screen can be especially harsh in the midst of a migraine. - Weather data - include some location specific data, such as temp, conditions, barometric pressure, when logging headaches. Overall, so thankful for this app!
