Crazy Escape room

Started off ok then the game glitched , making the game unplayable. I had no choice but to remove the game from my iPhone. It’s a pity because I think should the game play of played I would have enjoyed it.

I'm new to games like this and it's good other than on stage 7 it wouldn't let me tap one of the symbols.

Level 20 don’t have a clue what the answer is on the puzzle on the chest of draws. I don’t get it. I have typed in every number. The clues don’t help at all. Should be able to skip the level you can’t do.

I have just played this game and am new to this type of game, but would find some hints a great help.
