When logging in it always wants us to put the verification code that comes in our phone number registered with. But in case someone goes to abroad or doesn’t have the SIM card it means it will be impossible for the user to access the account because of the verification code sent to the phone number that the user doesn’t have.
So to fix these cases and for more security of users account please put the registrations of sim banking by options of phone numbers and Electronic Mail(EMAIL). And also the verification code should go through email.

Great App but small Fonts
The App is effective but I would recommend to make fonts a little larger.
Not sure why CRDB charge extra for viewing own account statements.
App Crashing
I have tried starting the app in my iPhone for the past two weeks evwry other day and it keeps crashing even before it can open properly. I suggest testing the app on different phone systems before officilly releasing your updates. It sounds like as long as its working on internal team phones, its assumed it works with every phone. Develop a more robust update release process.
Lipa number
We will really appreciate the opportunity to be able to pay merchants with Lipa number (Vodacom, Togo, Airtel).
We all want to go cashless as early as possible, and other banks are way ahead of CRDB with regards to this.

Simbanking App
Thank you for SimBanking App. However, sometimes it does not work and mainly when you are in need of money and you want to make transfers. You get message “Oops sorry the service is not available try later”! This causes lot of inconveniences especially when you want to pay the bills or pay to someone. Kindly ensure this App is functioning all the time because it is very useful for making transactions easily.

Can’t pass the login Screen.
Having used the app before... The new update brought its own disaster. I can’t seem to be able to login, yet I am already registered for SimBanking. I can’t even get the OTP password to be re-sent again to my phone.
For a bank as CRDB it’s a shame that in 2019 you still have such an assinine and backwards service.
