I bought 3 things from them and didn’t receave an order number or anything to track the package, the order didnt appear on my account either but the payment went through.. can’t contact them at all tried so meny times alredy now im thinking of contacting my bank, thair stuff is nice and I wanted to buy more but this is a horrible experience…

Kupiłam w tym sklepie czajnik, który gotuje wodę prawie 6 min. Jest to czasoprzestrzeń jeśli chodzi o porównanie do innych czajników elektrycznych . Złożyłam reklamację i otrzymałam odpowiedź, że według opisu podgrzewa wodę do 3 min , a nie gotuje . To jakiś żart, serio, kpina. Nie chcą uznać reklamacji, że produkt jest niezgodny z opisem i mnie totalnie irytuje, bo to naprawdę długo, tylko przez słowo podgrzewa wodę, nic tu nie ma o gotowaniu wody. Pytam się więc, do czego służy czajnik? Jaka jest jego podstawowa funkcja, dlaczego go kupujemy? Ja zawsze myślałam że do gotowania wody, a tu niespodzianka. Do podgrzewania. Porażka. Nie polecam tej firmy. I nie pozdrawiam.

The app just doesn’t work when it comes to shopping by using ApplePay or doing a bank transfer (at least in Poland)

Pieniądze pobrane z konta, po zamówieniu ani śladu, ze sklepem nie da się skontaktować, telefonów nie odbierają, mail nawet nie jest podany na stronie… szczerze to nie wiem co mam dalej robić. Dajcie znać jak ktoś miał podobną sytuację i udało się ją rozwiązać

App loggs out every time. It doesn’t recognize passwords even password saved in apple iOS. Cannot log in. Need to change password and email informs that url link is expired / it informs in spanish as I can understand/. You should work on that issue.

After setting the automatic shutdown in the evening I can no longer turn on the fan on the next day. It beeps and the app shows that the fan is working, but it is not. I have to go to the remote to turn on the fan and then the app works again, that is why I give it 2 stars.

Just like the website , it is useless. Impossible to finalice the purchase. No customer service. Waste of time.

Please stop adding new unnecessarily features to this app, first and foremost the existing features need to be stable. I have a warm towel that was added and configured when I bought it, it was working just fine, then few months later the device is forgotten by the app. It’s not easy to add it again, finally I did add that again, reconfigured my schedule when it should go on and off, to be surprised 2 months later when I wanted to change the schedule, that I’m logged out and of course when I login there is no devices. That’s so poor
