Can‘t upgrade firmware in iPad OS 16

Can't upgrade firmware upgrade in iPad OS 16. Repeat the upgrade firmware popup window and fail upgrade info

Very buggy…

1. The app connected to the earpiece but keep prompting a connection fail and ask to connect using device Bluetooth settings. 2. Equaliser will auto tune/revert back and forth as if someone is messing with your settings.

Horrendous

By far the worst brand I’ve seen . The app requires internet WHEN THERE IS NO NEED TO BECAUSE ALL I WANT IS TO CHANGE THE MODE TO NOISE CANCELLATION . Do not use this brand as this app is horrendous

Lousy app with lots of bugs, unable to connect with device

Earpiece blue tooth won't work

Retry few times apps can't detect the earpiece. Not working at all.

No Internet connection

Keeps reporting that there is no Internet connection when there’s obviously one! I am a fan of Creative products but the apps are a shame and disgrace to say the least. Do something about it, Sim. I have supported you since Pineapple time, don’t disgrace our country with these kind of products. Also the SXFI app can never detect my headphones at all. I am using iOS 15.0.1

Wonky & Unstable App

For all the brilliance in terms of sound output for Creative, their applications have been a total disaster - constantly requests me to reconnect to my subwoofer, app is laggy, and at times doesn’t reflect last setting. Having serious second thoughts about purchasing another product unless they can fix this - which really is such a low hanging fruit.
