Wifi remote control just doesn’t work
The app is unstable and always unable to connect to the camera, particularly the remote control shooting function which is the main reason I use this app.

Experience the various functions offered by Creators' Cloud, including file storage and management in cloud storage, a wide range of services and applications including video editing services using cloud AI, and access to articles and content that will serve as a source of inspiration. You can experience a variety of functions provided by Creators' Cloud.
■ Extend the shooting experience and manage shooting files more easily
You can transfer and save photos and videos you have already taken, and use your smartphone as a remote control for the camera for remote shooting. In addition, the smartphone can be used to check the camera's battery and media information, set the date, time, and camera name, and easily update the camera's software.

Photos and videos taken can be transferred to cloud storage or a smartphone for centralized management. Data transfer can be performed while shooting or while the camera is turned off or charging. App cause camera to hang.
This app cause my A7R5 to hang when ever it tried to connect to the app. Consulted Sony, and they say that’s how it is at the moment. Nothing they could do for now.

I am so happy that Sony developers hear my voice and fix the location information bug
Cameras will not even connect via Bluetooth or Wifi
This app is just junk. The app has not worked since getting the zv-1 ii, the app is a poorly thought out piece of junk, that has no place in helping to improve the user experience from its physical hardware. This app is miles away from ever truly being useful. Please sort out the connectivity issues first. It’s just sad to see that trying to even send one photo has failed miserably. For now I guess you just gotta download your pics from you sd card.

Ever since this app came out i couldnt connect to my camera. Just so frustrating
cant even connect with a7iv
Kept showing cannot establish connection when bluetooth has already paired.
Don’t see the difference
Do not see the difference with previous APP (Image Edge Mobile) in terms of functionality. do not understand why Sony pushes this APP. Establishing connection with camera is very slow.
