CRED: UPI, Bills, Credit Cards

Not going to use this app anymore with the new 1.4% service charge on credit cards. Moreover they aren’t accepting upi over credit card as well. Very bad decision.

Great app for all type of payments especially for credit cards as it pays the amount instantly and same is reflected in the credit card also.

As long as automation works, it’s fine. Once faced with issues, no way to get customer support by email. Customers who are on international travel, can not attend local calls. The absence of Email brings out the star levels to Negative.

Hi iam using cred from past 2 years ,my experience was so good ,from past 1 week i heard about credit card bill paying using CRED is not acceptable ,because of BBPS amd not following of RBI guide lines.Is it true ?

I have been use this app last 3 years, but it’s big drawback that it has no customer care support. Only robot chat available and it give us solution of it’s own question. I try to find my repayment schedule of cred cash loan since 3 months, but I can’t get yet

One of the worst app no cash back looting coins in the name of rewards

One of payment transaction failed and it's not credited to bank. When I am checking in CRED always showing it will settled by next day. This same is coming from 4 days and status is in pending. I tried to raise the issue using app but no option to select once I click on contact support. I sent an email also to grievance CRED team as well, no response as of now. CRED doesn't have any customer support through call and they didn't responded to email and I am not getting any option in app. Surprisingly I am getting options for success transactions but same I tried for failed or pending transactions but no options are coming. All ways I tried but no contact to CRED. This is how you guys people wants to do no option to connect with support .

They just misuse and sell your data to third parties and you’ll get a lot of spam calls for loans and stuff. CRED’s marketing is full of lies. The reward system is very bad and whatever they mention about users getting high rewards for loyalty are all fake. Quit CRED if you’re already using and don’t install if you’re a new user. Be cautious about your data!!
