I love the app! Makes banking so much easier!

Annoying

Never lets me log in even with the correct info. And when trying to rest password error codes are popping up. Just when I would try to transfer money from my own checking to saving error codes pop up and won’t let me . Always bugging out and super annoying

User-friendly

The Credit Union 1 app is intuitive and easy to use. I recommend it.

It’s great!

It’s great that I can see all my accounts in one place and the little bell in the corner tells me when I’m due and when statements are ready, but every time I pull curtesy pay transfers go out the window and are no longer available, but everything else is great!

Making transfers

While making a transfer online, half the time the calendar menu does not work. Also it will randomly pick a date which is a month or two in advance. Simple Coding can fix this

Excellent service

I’ve been with CU1 for over 20 years and have always received the best banking services with them.

I’ve been with Credit Union one for years now and is the best bank. Best customer service.
