Gives me a Welcome Back” screen the first time I open the app. Asks for my email address and a password I don’t have. Check my password manager - no record of this app or site. Try the Forgot Password” link, and enter my email address. Get told to Enter a valid address. No Create Login link anywhere. Unusable. The other 5 star rating must be from the developer, or someone who managed to create a login with a previous version, where such things were possible.

I chose this platform over all the others out there, paid my subscription, got all utilities, rent etc reported. Only to have my account go from the premium features to the free version even though I PAID and went through all that time to report my bills etc. emailed support and they have an entirely different email associated to me, meaning I'm apparently paying someone's else's account. I have yet to hear back from support. I'm disappointed by their service, their platform and do not recommend you use this platform.

I've sent requests no answer. Can't log in always tells me please try again. Very irritating.

I love what the service does with helping to add credit reporting well I am simply paying my every day bills. It’s hard for me to build credit when I am always working overseas and it’s great that these guys are able to help me out as I hope to purchase property with a loan in the near future. Cheers to you all!

I upgraded for $29.99 a month to see 28 scores. CRASH. Downgraded within 7 days. CRASH. Rec’d confirmation email thinking I was okay. CHARGED. Contacted support in-app. CRASH. Connected again, spoke with a rep who asked that I attach an image of the downgrade email confirmation. CRASH. Connected 3 additional times. CRASH. CRASH. CRASH.
