By linking your phone to your e-bike, you'll always know where it is, how it's doing and what cycling is doing for your health.
You can see your position, battery status, calories burned and how much CO2 you've saved by cycling. If the bike leaves your chosen area, you'll get notifications and if the thief is present, you can switch off the bike's electrical system with a click. What's more, your bike only works with your battery, they are uniquely linked.
To make sure you ride safely and securely, Crescent has developed smart features like anti-lock ABS brakes and crash reports that are sent if something happens.

Appen ok men vissa saker saknas/funkar ej
Hej, Jag tycker appen är ok men får inte cyklad distans att kopieras över till hälsa-appen i Iphone. Kör senaste version av både IOS och Cresent koppla. Fungerade ett tag men inte längre. Hur gör man för att lösa det? Jag saknar också totalt antal mil man cyklat i appen. Finns bara dag, vecka, månad. Infon finns ju i cykelns enhet, varför kopieras den inte över eller är det så att jag bara inte hittar den?
Ruskigt dålig app
Det är en ruskigt dålig app, har inte använt cykeln över vintern och nu går det inte att registrera cykeln då den säger att den redan är kopplad till samma mail jag är inloggad som!
Elcykel
Är väldigt besviken på batteriet på min Cresent Elton det håller ca 3,5 mil har varit i kontakt med cykelhandlaren och även tillverkaren Cresent i Varberg men ingen bryr sej.
Fungerar icke
Laddade hem appen, funkade sådär. Registrerade halvhjärtat, oftast inte alls, tog bort appen för att ladda hem den på nytt, nu går det inte ens att ladda hem appen. Helt värdelös!!
Min Elton
Cykeln är 3-års servad hos en Crescent handlare. Den är även uppdaterad med Koppla. Helt suveränt att kunna se batteri status och vilka sträckor jag cyklat. Mycket nöjd!
Appen hänger sig
Appen avslutar inte cykelturen och registrerar därefter inga data, verkar inte gå att få liv i den igen 🤬
App
Den har fungerat felfritt sen i juli. Nu i lördags då jag skulle registrera min cykeltur, så gick den inte att stoppa, och den behandlar fortfarande min cykeltur. Jag har avinstallerat appen och installerat den igen, men det fungerar ändå inte. Undrar vad jag kan göra, för att det ska börja fungera igen.

Funkar inte och varken kundsupport eller försäljare kan hjälpa Riktigt besviken Kundsupport är slarvig och ointresserad av att hjälpa
