Abruptly withdrawn mentor support after full payment done for whole year Lot of false claims

The mentor facility is not there anymore

they initially promised a one on one mentoring but after few days they left the students without any mentorship

Bad mentor won’t contact you. I purchased this but in few time mentor unavailable

Never enroll from this app. This is a scam. While subscribing the annual course they said full refund any time but after 2 weeks of subscribing the yearly plan the mentor (Rubina)left the group and her number is switched off. Same with their other staffs. Their customer support is not working. All the group members are now in trouble. The are making money by playing with kid’s future. Be careful before any subscription.

They promise one thing and deliver something else. This is like kids watching cartoons on YouTube and no I won’t even call it educational. My LO 4yo already knows his addition and take away but the rep, Shreya, after payment is now forcing us to do addition within 10. It’s almost like asking an adult to practice his ABCs that too with tracing lines. On asking her to switch him to a more difficult level she said it’s only 2 weeks and on us insisting removed us from the parents group. In parent groups you can’t ask questions, they will direct you to DM them. Simply put, for me it’s a SCAM as they offer parents fee waiver if you share it with other parents.

After buying course no one contact you . When I try to call their customer support than no. Is not reachable 😡😡😡😡

Please don’t buy its trial subscription at 50 rs . This is totally useless even your 50rs wasted. They put your child in the crowded group irrespective of child age and interest and then ask for full course subscription which is quite expensive. Please don’t your and your child time on this app
