That’s how long it took to load my reservations…

This app should not be allowed on the App Store.

This is as painful as calling crew scheduling. Slow to logon, slow to open links, only provides hotel info for scheduled trips and not reserves. Better off sitting on hold for 30 mins.

This app is so bad there is not even an option to sign up for an account. There is no way to proceed forward. Instant delete.

Unfortunately I had to download app bc of work but nobody responds to queries re: sign in help

This app is junk. It is terribly slow. The on boarding process isn’t seamless. While using the app, some buttons aren’t clear and pressing them takes me back to a screen that I can’t recover from and have to force close the app. The system background of the app is the wrong color and I can’t see my phone status bar. As a fellow developer myself, this app is just sad coming from a large company.

Your app is a clear reflection of your company. Pathetic and not user friendly. Why when I attempt to contact the developer, via App Store, am I immediately redirected to download your app. There is no link to contact the Developer immediately. I will bring this up with Apple App Store terms of service.

This app needs a major overhaul. Its slow and extremely outdated! Cant even access certain features in it.

No customer service phone number, no response after two customer service requests, inaccurate set up instructions… I definitely do not recommend this app.
