Postpartum program is amazing!
This program is paralleling the work I’m doing with my pelvic floor therapist 6 weeks post c-section and I can’t believe how educational and helpful this program is!

I have enjoyed the workouts thus far ; they’re deceptively challenging. I look at them beforehand and think it won’t be any big deal but whew! I like all the options for plans that are on here. Some things I don’t love: The warm-ups etc area is a bit messy to navigate. It probably is hard to organize those random warm ups / workouts. Some of the moves/equipment needed for home setting might be not attainable for some unless they spend a bunch on very heavy kettlebells potentially (I do have, but they are def an investment), and I luckily had an equalizer for another move but not sure how I would have done it otherwise. If you start the workout, the videos run repetitively for how to do the exercise until you go to the next. I would like to run my music on my phone while working out but if I “start workout” I don’t think it’s possible. Some of the recipes say “1 unit” or “2 units” for the food which no idea how much that is. If it’s for potatoes, I’m assuming it’s one potato, but sometimes it’s written on food items that don’t make sense. Overall I like it, there are work arounds for the issues so far.
Love the app and the program! Katie is the best.
I’ve finally found a home workout program that is sustainable, challenging, and fun!! After 3 kiddos I’ve needed something that I can do at home and this is it!
I’ve tried a few different apps before (Tone It Up for several years, Julie Ledbetter) Katie’s plan is in line with my current goals and is challenging. At home I have access to dumbbells, bands, and a barbell. She also provides alternate moves if needed. There are several plans to choose from to keep it from growing stale. I had a minor hiccup in the beginning with the app but once I realized I needed to turn off the WiFi it’s been working perfectly. Would recommend if you’re looking for strength training.
Doing the postpartum programs. Love the workouts, they’re the perfect amount of challenging. I love the intention for the app - it walks you through each workout each day of each week, you literally don’t have to put any brainpower into it or plan/keep track of anything. I’ve never seen an app this well planned, and I love it. The only issue is that it crashes halfway through my workout about 50% of the time, so I have to close it and re-navigate through. If it worked perfectly without crashing, this would be hands down the best workout app I’ve ever seen or used.
I've tried more than a few and this one is where I see the best results. I love the duration of the workouts (Cureently on the rebuild program) and the intensity and verbal cues are so easy to follow.
Love her workouts but the app could use some tweaks.
I am really pleased with how the maternity program is going. I am looking forward to following it throughout my pregnancy.
I love this program! I’ve been able to maintain my level of fitness this entire pregnancy and feel motivated to finish out strong. I’ve already purchased the post part program and 9 week burn and build
