We should be able to communicate with crew even offline including pilots and gate agents and coworkers maybe it can be added in the future

I changed my phone number unexpectedly and the app showed me that I had 2 accounts. I was upset, but the support that I received was phenomenal. I also learned that once you use another phone to log into the app, it creates another account for you. He was patient and made sure that the issue was resolved. Thank you for not just being professional, but caring.

For those in the airline industry flying the friendly skies; this app is amazing! With all the functions and information provided to you at your fingertips, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Support went above and beyond! Highly recommend this app!

I have paid for this and it never works . It won’t update .

I used this app with my previous airline and it was amazing. Great layout and being able to see what was on open time was also great. With my current airline I can't use the app so I beg of you developers: please make it work for Piedmont!! Thank you :)

Shared my contact info even after set to private. Customer support told me there was nothing I could do. I will say, they have at least given the option to delete my account finally but my information is still available for other crew members to have.

It Gives a much user friendly look to all the FLICA schedule along with great info about the trips. Specially how much the trip is worth.

The team contacted me and fixed the issue and explained the concern to me. Thank you. Now I give it a 5!!
