Criminal Case: Pacific Bay

So when I first got these games I thought it was absolutely amazing! The experience I had with this game, made me overjoyed so much I had to get the full set. This game has beautiful graphics, and even more beautiful characters making appearances in every case. I have become so addicted to this game I can’t put it down!!! Thank you so much for making this, I really enjoy it!

Overall it’s a good murder mystery game but some of the flaws consist of a couple of months ago Facebook wouldn’t connect and save my data which was a bit annoying but it works now and I think they should add a Apple/Gamecenter login since nobody uses Facebook anymore tbh and due to the login errors earlier. Also there is quite a lot of ads in the game which is a bit annoying and if anyone wants to have no ads then just turn your Wi-Fi off then no ads should come up. Overall solid game

Love this game but right now the link with Facebook is broken so I can’t get any bonuses and the App Support link is also broken. What’s going on?

Used to enjoy this game but won’t let me connect to my fb again as says there’s an issue and you know about it. Why was removed fb I’ll never know but been going on for couple months now. Fix it

I cannot play this game because when I try to sign in to fb it is saying THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM AND YOU KNOW ABOUT IT. Last t8me this happened it took you 8 weeks to get it going again, so this is 1 week now so does that mean I have to wait another 7?.?.?.?. Fix it. Also when I sign in and play with my daily amount 110, it is only giving me two spins. I know you don’t reply but I would like a reply.

Too many adverts especially for games you already have

The game would be good if it worked. Better if the developers cared enough to communicate with thier players I have read through all the help file and none of them answer my problem. Developers just send an automated email in response telling you to read the files. Now the game is unplayable and I’ve lost money buying ad free

1. Beware in app purchases. I rarely use real money, but noticed that in all your games, if I do, I lose the ability to watch ads for extra energy for several weeks! This is rather underhand as the idea behind this is obviously to try and force you to spend MORE real money, sorry guys but for that it means I’m not stupid enough to give you any more of my cash! 2. I don’t have a problem in watching ads for more energy. I DO have issue with watching the damn things and NOT given anything in return! I’m unsure if this is a glitch, or (due to above) it’s another ploy to push you to spend real money. I’ve played on and off for years and over time you have removed more and more enjoyment due to your own greed. It will eventually be your downfall 3. Third reason I won’t pay you anything is the complete lack of app support when your apps go wrong. Doesn’t do you any good regarding the trust of your players.

You’d get 5 stars if it wasn’t for all these pop-up adverts.
