I like the game and enjoy playing. BUT! There are way too many ads. I end up spending more time watching ads than playing. I don’t mind watching an ad once in a while, but this is ridiculous. I am seriously considering giving up this game for one of those you advertise that has “No annoying ads” like this game.

Game is too expensive to play

I’m playing on an iphone. I finished Pacific Bay and have a lot of energy and coins left over that I paid a lot of money for. They should have been transferred to Save the World. The game has too many charges for everything. This needs to change immediately!

Not (pretty) simple, at all

I am a veteran Criminal Case player. I started on Facebook and completed every case on every chapter, except the final chapter in Paris. I became too busy with my jobs but now I am playing on most of your stand alone game apps. I will never understand why I lost all of my progression except for the first chapter in Grimsborough even though the apps are connected to Facebook, where the game originated. It may be a result of the original Criminal Case (Grimsborough) being on Facebook and from there we would go to the “airport” and “fly” to other chapters. My problems started with the CC: Paris app, one day I was no longer connected to Facebook and I have received error messages ever since. About a week ago the same thing happened with the CC: Save The World app. The error message on Facebook states that the app developer (You!) are aware of the issue. So why can’t you figure out the problem with Paris and Save The World? Since your game originated on Facebook, Meta should be able to help you connect apps (including full progression) and prevent future problems. Of course I realize you may not care enough to fix the problem. It seems very clear to me that your company name, Pretty Simple, has become an oxymoron.

FIX UR GAME!!!

i was upset that i couldn’t log in to mysteries of the past because of the facebook developer error, but save the world was my FAVORITE of the criminal case games and now it’s gone out of nowhere. there’s only 4 playable games now when 9 exist in the franchise, and not a single post has been made anywhere about how their games keep dropping like flies. please start informing your community when things like this happen. i’ve never played a game where the developers care so little about the community behind this. at LEAST make a statement about it.
