I like the game. I’m disappointed because you have to wait a day to get gems. Then when you do get to collect. The game freezes up. The ad through each scene also won’t play. The safe also doesn’t work all the time. I have updated everything, closed And-opened the app, I have disconnected from my internet and tried others, nothing works. I’m now on my third day of not making any progress. I’m losing interest fast
Now I cannot get into my story, it says it has problem utilizing my story. Sooo..the app was fun up until I could not load anymore stories. In the app I cannot find a way to contact them as well. So, I will try to get a refund from apple.
downloaded and it played perfect, closed my game and went to bed last night. Tried to open the game said it couldnt load books, 3rd time this has happened. Im not gonna uninstall and reinstall again just to start over. I then tried to email game support to find out they dont exist, and my email was kicked back. Now fighting with apple to get my money back.
Game would not advance to second chapter. Tried to delete and reinstall and lost all gems purchased. Waste of time
I understand you need money but some of the choices you have to pay for are ridiculous. Who wouldn’t choose to feed the homeless? Make sure that women victims aren’t exposed? To help out someone who is dying? This game is great but the fact you have to PAY for those kinds of moral outcomes is ridiculous. The facial features of the main character customization are basically the same. The darkest skin tone is a deep tan. No textured style, just curly. The world has changed too much for games to not get this right.
I love this game, payed to play more of the game but season 3 only has one chapter tho. I would love to keep playing. It’s been like for a long time now and I’m sooo close to deleting the game.
I just messaged about the glitches and they were fixed! Great customer service! Only two complaints: the season pass option. I can’t purchase it! My other complaint is the story lines for Eric were really thought out but there’s nothing for Tony. If I’m going to spend on diamonds to get to that level I would hope for the story to be there! I still really love this game so I’m hoping this gets fixed soon:)
ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND NO NEW STORY / SEASON UPDATE
I love the game because the choices you make actually matter, and the crimes are interesting and dynamic. However, it is the only game I’m having constant network issues with, to the point of having to wait an entire day to even get to play, and now that I can, nothing works. Every other game works. Also, echoing what other reviews said, I understand the mechanic of spending gems to make certain decisions that lead to an extra scene, but it’s frustrating that the amount you can earn isn’t proportional to what you need for anything.
I downloaded the app this morning and when I opened it the app, it was stuck at the loading/“authorization” screen and the loading bar has been stuck about a seventh of the way through. Tried restarting the app, my phone, and even deleting and redownloading, but nothing works.
