Crimson Cup Coffee

I love this place! I am a regular customer where most of them know who I am. They have the best coffee and tea in the area! I love that they are local and their app is so user friendly. The people are all so nice and make me feel at home when I’m there. They also always have such creative drinks they make in house too.

The best coffee in the world hands down

I appreciate the app but it takes me 11 clicks to make the same order I order every time. Can it be more efficient? The app is a lot more manual than other apps.

Please add heavy cream as a milk add on. Also, your coupons that you send do not work when you enter them for use.

I give Crimson Cup in West Chester a 5 STAR rating! Always personable, and the Hot Chocolate Freeze is my favorite and they are helpful when you order coffee for catering. Helping you carry it to your car. The only complaint I had is a two day battle with the app….it did not like the “tokens” I would put in and gave me Errors for two days…I finally got my app working and BAM….it’s amazing and easy to navigate! I am not a coffee drinker and I love that they have things other than coffee…like chocolate!

Love the coffee and the staff at the shop in Clintonville, unfortunately there seems to be some poor communication between ordering on the app and it getting to the store. I order a regular coffee on the app 15-20 minutes before I arrive to the store just to make sure I can quickly walk in and pick it up, and I get asked by the staff if I placed an order while I’m waiting inside for it almost every time.

If you are downloading the app you might already know how cute the place is and how great the coffee is. The west Chester staff is amazing and now I can get my coffee super fast for my weekly meeting! The app was super easy to use. Probably going to need to move this to my Home Screen.

Great app. Even better Chai Freeze.
