Does the basics well
I use Crisp as part of a "control center" for my business. Having a solid mobile app makes it easy for me to operate from anywhere.
Love the integration
This is a great chat tool that easily lets us help our clients from within our app. It is also integrated to tools we use to build our platform which is how we learned about it. Give it a try, they make it easy to evaluate.

Great for our business
We had Intercom, and it was expensive and complicated. Crisp works great for our small business. It’s affordable and much more user friendly. I love that it can even link to your social media and notify you of notifications there. Try it out!
