Easy app to use. Great products and a large variety. Top quality. Efficient communication and delivery!

I wish Crisp all the success they deserve - go read their story and you’ll understand why. Although I don’t be buying all my products there (too expensive, not everything can be bought there), I substituted as much as I can with Crisp that I once bought at Albert Heijn. The quality for many products is simply better and I support local, smaller sources. The app works like a charm.

Crisp is lovely, the food quality is wonderful and we love the meal kits you can buy. Very easy to navigate and checkout, fast delivery. Please consider an English language option, there are a lot of English speaking customers in the Netherlands so this would make the whole system even better!

I’ve really enjoyed crisp so far. They have quite a few things I haven’t been able to get from other home grocery delivery companies (nice kale, interesting meat selection, great fresh meals, etc.) Highly recommended. Deliveries have been on time and of high quality. Good app experience as well.

Please also make an english version of the app! There are a lot of expats in the Netherlands!

Al enkele maanden doen we bij Crisp boodschappen. Een feest! Heerlijke verse producten tegen een eerlijke prijs. De boodschappen worden gebracht in nette dichte dozen en het voelt elke keer als het uitpakken van een cadeau. Groente en fruit komen veelal in papieren zakken, alsof je bij de groenteboer bent geweest in plaats van bij de supermarkt. Het geeft een goed gevoel om bij Crisp te bestellen. Er zijn bij de eerste bestellingen leuke kortingsacties en ook daarna krijg je er wel eens iets bij, zoals een heerlijke brownie, croissantjes of iets echt leuks voor de kinderen om mee te knutselen. Wij zijn trouwe klanten geworden en genieten er elke keer weer van!

I’ve been shopping at AH and Ekoplaza since moving to the Netherlands but recently discovered Crisp and I won’t be going back to shopping in the store. The quality of fruits and veggies here are delicious making all my meals so good. I love the service too! They give you the exact hour that they are delivering. I highly recommend this app especially if you love cooking and good food.

Super intuitive and easy to use (even as a beginner Dutch speaker) once you can tear your eyes away from the mouthwatering food photos :) Friendly customer service and great prices too. I like that they show a full list of ingredients and highlight bio products clearly. Now I’m hungry!

Easy to use app - as an expat who doesn’t speak Dutch it’s still common sense to figure out. For example, fish has a picture of fish :) fresh food for health conscious people who want to save time on grocery shopping.

App seems great but is not available in English so if you don’t speak Dutch, don’t both. Shame, since I can easily imagine it being used by many expats who struggle with Dutch. The main issue is that it inaccurately says it’s available in English when it’s not.
