Not everyone has a Japan phone number, in fact tourists are forbidden to have one. Nor does the app accept foreign phone numbers. So they can’t use the app to order. Yet the app asks to enable notifications, so just use those instead of TXT!!

This chain has the best customizable salads with the most options

I ordered a salad using the CRISP app and got notification to rate my order. After completing the feedback I still have 2 notifications I can’t get rid of. I deleted the app and reinstalled and the 2 notification badges are still there Please fix this

1. Add Lange setting so I can select English even in Japan 2. The per topic pricing is not listed but varies dramatically. List the price! Why do I have to guess? 3. The app over uses the trendy swiping UI. It is not helpful. Keep the UI simple and consistent. Provide more details. And Up to down UI makes more sense when ordering a food item. Take a look at Uber Eats. 4. Providing credit card information was cumbersome. Please add Apple Pay option. 5. I tried ordering through the app 3x times but only worked once. Somehow waiting in line and ordering in person is easier than this app. 6. It is unclear which app version I should be using as there are multiple apps called “Crisp” and have the same logo.

アプリは問題なく動きますし、お店で待つ必要もないので◎です！ お店のコンセプトはちょっとサムいかなと思います。特に紙ナプキンや紙袋に書いてあるメッセージが海外意識しすぎててめっちゃサムイ。

ドレッシング2種類いつもお願いするのに、混ぜるか混ぜないかは1度しか選択できないから混ぜないを選択して口頭でスタッフの方に片方だけ混ぜて、片方別添えでお願いしてます。 これだと事前オーダーができなくて店頭で待ちます。機能を付け加えて欲しいです。 サラダは美味しいです！

アプリの通知は不用なのですが、設定するように何度も求められるのを改善してほしいです。 お店の対応や味には満足しています。
