Dear Critical Strike Support Team, I have been playing Critical Strike for several years, and I truly enjoy the game. However, I would like to address a couple of issues that have been affecting my experience. First, there is currently no server in the Middle East region, which results in very high ping for players here — mine often reaches 150 ms or more. This makes the gameplay less fair and competitive for us. Second, I have noticed that the Kuwait flag is not available in the game. I have reached out regarding this matter before, but I have not yet received an update. I kindly ask that you consider adding a Middle East server and including the Kuwait flag in the game. This would greatly improve the experience for many loyal players in the region. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
