Find your most productive habits or find which habits are holding you back.

Track all your habits and find the correlation between them.
* Does eating a late dinner mess with your sleep?
* Does going for morning walks increase the time you spend on side-projects?
* Do consistent chats with friends make you less anxious?
* Does your period affect your gym performance?

How it works
* Create tags. Each tag either happens or doesn't in a day
* At the end of the day, go through each tag that you you that day
* After a few days, there should be enough data to gather correlations between tags

For best use of the app:
* Track as much as you can. Even the mundane can lead to a correlation (like taking turmeric in the morning)
* For events that happen multiple times per day, like walks, consider making a "walk #1" and "walk #2"

Best app for simple symptom tracking

I'm using this for simple symptom tracking. Out of all the apps I've tried it's the best. My one complaint is it doesn't do negative correlations. I.e. it can show you what happens on days you eat mushrooms, but it can't show you what *doesn't* happen in days you eat mushrooms.
