Very slow, when you compete a task it will come up with “schedule a new task” for like a second and then disappear??? Very clunky, and it all looks good but not practical - please fix ASAP!!!!

Constantly have to delete app then redownload otherwise it says something went wrong whenever you try to do anything on it

Constantly adds tasks of Call customer, text customer, When there is no phone!!! 10 year problem, obviously they do not care. Can not wait to get rid of this CRM.

The app keeps crashing and it’s not user-friendly

Been attempting to use this app for months and it almost never works.

Unable to copy anything from the mobile version. Every two weeks the app will come back with “grant invalid” and no longer function. But it won’t warn you, you have to try to access an account or use the app to notice this. You can go hours or a weekend and wonder why no notifications…. Because the app has failed. Have to uninstall and reinstall, only solution. For apps in 2024, overall clunky and limited.

This app is cheeks , I still sell my cars it’s just this makes the process longer then it needs to be. Crashes all the time . Uploading pictures makes the app crash . No videos . Emails never get sent . Fix your app . -top man

If you like headaches, just bang your head against the wall and save yourself the trouble of using this app! Both accomplish the same result! Seriously, this app never functions properly. It will log you out unexpectedly. Seems never to open properly to login. Customers get sent choppy text messages or you receive choppy text messages from customers and have to piecemeal them together. It will delete emails, or not send them. If you hop out of the app to double check something before sending a message or email it will erase everything you were working on. It sends texts to the wrong customer sometimes creating serious confusion and heat. The list goes on and on and on. I used to love dealer socket years ago. But they have seriously fallen off.

App crashes every other day and week but I have to you use it for work it’s overly ANNOYING!

If you want to go from 300 cars a month to less than 150 then this is the app for your dealership
