Even in situations without a network connection (e.g. within a building) it works perfectly as it just switches to work offline. Standard Key Features
- Online and offline access to key CRM processes allow you to manage customer information, activities, leads, tasks and orders
- Clearly arranged dashboards act as a starting point for all relevant CRM data such as appointments, tasks, and your most important customers
- Quickly and easily enter order items, with integrated shopping cart and digital signature
- Sample management including digital signature for the pharmaceutical industry
- Easily capture point-of-sale data for the consumer-goods industry or pharmacy sales representatives
- Flexible & quick processing of offers including digital signature
- Use of questionnaires to carry out e.g. telephone marketing campaigns
- Display interactive circle of influence chart
- Aggregated view of different CRM data on the dashboard (Insight board)
