Description
Deze app is een handige intervaltimer waarmee je je werk- en rusttijden kunt bijhouden tijdens je HIIT-intervaltraining en -workouts. De applicatie is heel gemakkelijk te gebruiken, stel de Work, Rust, Sets, Rounds in en begin met trainen. Tijdens het sporten luister je naar muziek of gebruik je de timer op de achtergrond. Er is ook een app op de Apple Watch waarmee u uw hartslag tijdens trainingen kunt volgen.

Niet geheel VoiceOver toegankelijk.
Mooie app met veel mogelijkheden. Alleen zijn er knoppen die geen label hebben meegekregen. Bijvoorbeeld de knoppen voor het soort timer dat je wil instellen. Hier hoor je alleen maar ‘knop’, ‘knop’, enz.
