Can’t open the pictures
Have been trying to color in this app and there’s no picture. It’s been going on for over a week. I love this app when it works. Hate to delete it because I would lose all my money I collected and everything I saved to color.
Pictures Gone
I love this app and have been playing it for a couple years now. Last week I upgraded my iPhone to the 16 Pro Max. This morning the app was working fine. This evening when I tried to open the app it was extremely slow so I shut my phone off, waited a few minutes and turned it back on thinking this would cure the issue. When I went to open the app again all my pictures that were completed were gone as well as the ones that were in cue. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you.
App won’t load
App won’t load, I have purchased coins to continue coloring but can’t get in to do anything. Very disappointing

For some reason I can’t get into the game right. It comes up with everything gone. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Hopefully I can do it this way. Pictures are great.

No points when done
I love this game but it seems like every other time I finish a cross stitch it says I’m only 99%done $ I don’t get any points. Other than that, it’s great and I would change my 4 star rating to a 5 star.

Why is it sometimes when I finish a picture I do not receive the awards?
Please fix
The pictures don’t load up on my iPad y’all really need to fix this, I love playing but I can open up the pictures but I cannot color the please fix.
Bugs
I love this game BUT I will finish a puzzle and it says I’m only 99% complete then I do not get the reward. Also, I think the reward should give back at least as much as it costs.
