I needed money urgently and it took 3 days to credit money. That too after continuous call to customer care. I don’t recommend this app as I faced this problem while I was in hospital.
It’s taking long time ,may be days to receive money . If it’s urgent transaction needs to think ..
I installed the app on my iPhone 11 and iPad Pro and in both cases the app didn’t function as expected. Firstly, in the initial registration process the email field isn’t formatted as an email field in my view as it doesn’t have the ability to select .co.uk, .com etc and you have to physically type the whole of that part of the email address. It also defaults to a capital letter at the beginning of the email address on entering that information. I was also required to agree to be contacted by phone which I didn’t want to accept - but there was no option to do otherwise. I feel that contact methods should be selectable and optional - especially by phone call. I also found that once the initial registration information had been entered and it came to the name and address input information, the screen was blank within the app on both the iPhone and the iPad, except for the red and white “Register” button. I did find out that if you tapped the screen it brought up one line of the name and address input fields, but only one at a time in a very pale blue colour. It didn’t bring up the complete screen of information to be input at once. Therefore it was rather trial and error at that point. Not everyone likes, or can, use a phone for apps like this and want to use a tablet of some sort. I personally prefer to use an iPad, but as the app is only optimised for a phone, that makes use of the app on an iPad not really reasonable as it doesn’t work in landscape mode. I’d looked at the app with a view to possible use and also possible investment with the company through Crowdcube, but these issues didn’t really give me any confidence to continue with the app and full registration. I certainly won’t be investing - I’m out! For the developers, I do have screen shots to show the issues if they wish me to send them.
