Not accurate
Hated this app. It only shows companies that have registered for the cruelty free rabbit logo. I looked in a few companies that I know have recently been sold to a parent company that tests on animals and it still says they are cruelty free. Incorrect information and not very clear. Deleted it as fast as I could. There has to be something better.
Shockingly inaccurate
Normally I look for the leaping bunny when I'm shopping for cruelty free products but this app is totally off. It doesn't take into account parent companies who may test on animals, like the fact Tom's of Maine is owned by Colgate. I only downloaded the app to write this review and I will immediately delete it now. If you are looking to make cruelty free choices please don't look to this app because it it misleading.
Crashing
The app constantly crashes, can't look up anything. Hope this will be addressed soon, I was excited that there was an app for cruelty free items/companies 😊
Missing A lot of Selections
Your app consists of a variety of selections, however, a majority of companies that do not test on animals are missing. Such as 'The body shop' does not sell products that are tested on animals. So is Marc Jacobs. Please add selection to your app to make it effective amongst the vegan community. Thanks.
Hmmm
You made an update recently but still have not removed Burt's Bees. Because of this, i don't know if you have added brands/products that shouldn't be there. Id rather not go through the list to find out. I could do that without the app thus rendering the app useless. Please update the list and do some more research
I do like the layout of it though
Not cruelty free
How is burts bees in this list of cruelty free ???
It is cruelty to bees?
Honey is not vegan so why would you have it in here?
Cruelty free means no harm to anything or one does it not ???
Wish I could search any product
This app is useful if you're purchasing products on the already created list of cruelty free products...if you want to know whether something in a generic store is cruelty free and it's not on their list you're better off googling.
Don't bother, not reliable
Out of date information. Recommends a company that is owned by Loreal: a company that does animal testing
