So many prompts don’t work. I can’t edit my address. Logging in says I failed a captcha even though no captcha generates. App freezes constantly when navigating screens. Complete garbage app. Use the website instead.

I select all my pizzas choose delivery then it asks for a date and a time I cannot select either of those

Always charges me $7 delivery fee even though my order well over $25. The worst app I’ve ever dealt with

App keeps crashing and not loading

The app invariably forgets my login details even though I request it to remember me. The app forgets previous orders so I can’t easily re-order our regular pizzas. Today it was something new, the app wouldn’t accept my order because it wasn’t high enough $ for delivery, even though I had it set on pickup. The way I got around that was deleting my credit card, re-entering the same card details and then it recognised that I had requested pickup. It took me nearly 29 minutes to place the order!

Love the pizza - so back alot But your app stinks!! Always has been & never improves

The app is basically the website in a wrapper. What’s the point when the website is pretty terrible, especially when it comes to applying deals.

Worst app I’ve used, had it for years now. I use it every time I order and I have to login every single time. I’ve haven’t got a new phone or anything… over it. Lucky the pizza is good

I ordered online for a pick up at Newtown store and they took my money and gave me an order confirmation and Newtown pick up address but when I got there store was closed and didn’t look operational! I got a menu dropped off at home saying newtown now open but store is not open!! They will just steal your money with no option to contact anyone as the phone number goes direct to message and no other crusts have any idea there is a Newtown store . I’ll have to contact my bank to get my money back from this scam!!! Zero customer service! Don’t order from here!!!

Tried ordering from crust Kew (in Melbourne) seemed easy enough through the app, I was able to adjust toppings etc. quite easily. After I paid for the order it took around 10 minutes to get a confirmation email, which said we’d get our food in ‘around 30 minutes’ after well over an hour and four phone calls later to crust Kew we kept getting told the driver was 10 minutes away I finally got a confirmation text (my first of the whole drama) saying the driver was 14 minutes away. This was close to one and a half hours after placing the order. In short never ever use this app, just use Uber eats as it seems after an extensive length of time that’s where your order gets sent to anyway.
