I withdrawed 300$ worth of crypto and got a fee of 64$ that’s almost 30% not worth it honestly

Absolutely dreadful app for so many reasons, the key of which is that it is an enormous ripoff. Withdrew BTC to an external wallet. Minimum withdrawal of 0.0012 BTC. Fee was half of the withdrawal amount at 0.0006 BTC. No prior notice of what the fee would be and no way to cancel. Additionally, horrible user interface. They make it very easy to deposit money and very difficult to withdraw. Avoid avoid avoid. Also, when you release an app update that just fixes bugs, don’t make it force users to update to keep using the app. That is much more than just simple bug fixes. I expect more from apps in the 21st century.

It’s a nice basic app to use, there’s other options for pro trading like DeFi or exchange which can all be linked. Downsides are terrible customer service (that is if they ever get back to you) for the size of this company you would expect much better response. Another negative is if you sell crypto and place funds on your card to use then you cannot buy crypto with your own crypto.com card??? And there’s no way of switching your funds back to the wallet. You literally have to use an atm to withdraw cash out and put it back into your real bank account and start again. Whilst on the negatives direct crypto to an Nz bank is impossible, you need to use an Australian bank and hunt for non existent codes to try transfer, best bet for NZ users is transfer funds to Wirex

Impossible to change phone number country since it requires you to contact support which is unreachable.

Poor customer service ! When you sell or swap you wouldn’t get the price what it shows. nearly $150 different every 1k amount you transfer either into fiat wallet or any other crypto.

App doesn’t allow you to withdraw your own money! The whole point of crypt is easy and on the spot fast transactions including depositing and withdrawing. They have mastered the deposit feature, seamless and easy to put money into crypto.com but the moment you want to withdraw it glitches! I have been trying for over one month to no avail and now it’s no point the price has dropped again meaning it’s pointless. Stay away if you can! Do yourself a favour and save your money! You won’t get it back! Someone will most likely respond to this with ‘get in touch and email us, we will help you withdraw’. I have to multiple different reps that lead you to nowhere!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS! I have accounts with Binance, CoinSpot (Australia), and other various wallets. Not once have I ever had a problem, except with Crypto.com

The only thing good is the buying btc at market rates. Takes thirteen years to set up the app. There is a minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin (quite large) so you can’t transfer to external wallet. The roundabout way is to transfer it to the crypto.con exchange. Which is even more steps. I can’t believe it’s this difficult to buy Bitcoin in 2024. Deleting app as soon as I get my Bitcoin off it

Stop updating your app every week. What is wrong with it that every time I go into it the damn thing needs updating and then when I go to update it on the App Store it just spools and spools and never downloads
