Hice una transferencia en Busd se vio reflejada y dos minutos después ya no pude verla No hay forma de comunicar con alguien

Baje el app para hacer el Staking de cro pero no he podido intercambiar las monedas que envié por cro, si se enlazó al app principal pero no me dejaba intercambiar por cro; y cuando quise sacar los Criptos que había mandado me salen conque tiene que quedarse en el Wallet 20 xrp como mínimo , no jodas y muchos problemas al sacarlos, me aparecía repetidamente un mensaje de fondos insuficientes para el gas fee , siendo que había mandado más de 2k de xrp , y además el fee de xrp es De 0.1 xrp .

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Do not send funds to wallet Sending funds to the wallet you can pay fees in any currency but getting your funds out of the wallet they’ll use a form of (extortion) just to get your funds out …. Good luck🤞 getting them to change this practice
