The lack of customer support is ridiculous! You will never be able to talk with anyone in person, ever. I had all of my funds randomly transferred from my wallet to another account that I do not own. And once it’s gone, it’s gone and you don’t get it back. No matter how much you had stolen from your account. Was given the “we’re sorry, but there’s nothing we can do” message when trying to find a way to retrieve my funds back. Was told that I should never give out my recovery phrase and that it was somehow my fault for my funds being stolen. Never gave out my recovery phrase and why would I actively try to have someone hack my wallet to steal my funds???? Just ridiculous to think that my investments were never safe to begin with.
