Crystal Ski Explorer

Ski tracking removed for no apparent reason along with nearly a decade of ski tracking data. This was the most useful feature of the app, removing it makes it a fairly pointless download now.

The app does not allow ski tracking anymore.

Basic functionality which works on the crystal website ( eg find and log in to your booking using booking reference, lead passenger name and departure date ) doesn’t work on the app. So cannot even get started with the app. Basic functionality like this really needs to work flawlessly, but it doesn’t work on this app. Quite disappointing as all the reps tell you to use the app for any queries…

The app stopped working! I have a balance to pay and changes to make ahead of my holiday next week and I’m unable to do it. All I get are blank screens.

Really useful app for all stages of the holiday - preparation and once in resort too. Love having it all in one place. Would be great if it could have links to local transport timetables and if you could add a piste where there are two resorts close by. Finally… we are big walkers as well as enjoying other snow sports and if there was any way of linking in a standard map for walking… well then 10/5 stars. ⭐️🤣

Massive backwards step removing ski tracking & history

App is getting better each season and I’m sure it would be difficult to tailor it for every single resort but it would be great if some things could be linked which are already in the system. When purchasing a lift pass that covers multiple areas it would be great if the app followed suit and allowed you to access the piste maps on the app that are relevant to neighbouring resorts.

Piste map not as good as one downloaded from resort website/app, hotel information same as already emailed and flight management just links to website - without even pre-populating booking reference. Yawn.

A useful app, especially if you’re a “first timer” to a resort. To improve, more detailed weather info would be helpful.
