The activate key feature would be great if it ever worked

Absolutely love the idea, but the app simply just a piece of joke, apparently it’s not developed well and can experience a ton of issues. I couldn’t open the app at all. Now I even want to change my accomodation because of this.

Love the idea of keyless hotel check-in! This app does not do that yet. Downloaded, signed up but couldn’t progress any further as the confirmation email was never sent. Uninstalled. Willing to try again if the devs do a new version that works.

App crashes as soon as you try to activating the room key. So waste of time

Uninstalled after I tried to check in on multiple stays and just get an error message saying to go to front desk to check in….what is this app for again?

The reservation shows but can’t check in. When I try and add a reservation using the SMS code texted it says it’s wrong! 🤣 Unnecessary check-in stress when travelling interstate. App looks like it needs to be completely re-written.

This is really the worst app I’ve had the misfortune of trying to use. Amazing that Crystalbrook hotels would chose it for their platform given the standard they try to project in their hotels. Clunkier than an early 90’s website but with less function! Unable to recognise booking via any method, text or invite authentication doesn’t work.. when ou put in the code it sends you via text it tells you it is incorrect! Its comically bad! Crystalbrook should find a new solution and fast.
