I found this app and I was so excited to use it I actually signed up for the advance subscription for a year. However after my Apple Pay was charged and it says that I have a paid subscription until next year I’m not getting the benefits of having a paid subscription. I’ve called and left a message for the company I’ve also emailed and have not received a response. So at this point I paid for service I can’t use. It’s quite disappointing actually. Update … finally after months of waiting I get a reply telling me to email again … seriously! This app is a total scam .. I want my money back

The automatic crystal identification has never worked, not ONE time. No matter where my crystals are or what the background of the photo is, it does not work. The app is also extremely slow and just feels… old. The quality of the app feels like it should be on an iPod Touch back in 2013. I was really excited about this app but it was so disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I simply did a tiger eye and a Lapis and it identified both of them incorrectly. If I could give less than one star I would!

Not very happy with the crystal database or the identification feature. Now I’ve prepaid for a year and probably won’t use it. Very disappointed

I backed this app through its Kickstarter campaign after hearing about it through the Paranormal Karen podcast. I participated in the beta testing and was blown away by the knowledge and ease of use. I had some hiccups initially logging in when the app went live but their customer service quickly responded and helped me through; I adore being able to quickly and easily identify the crystals and stones I own without having to dig through the encyclopedia of crystals or combing through receipts, hoping they’d be itemized, ha! Perfect for those “this is pretty but I’ve forgotten what it is!” moments. Learning more about the stones and their metaphysical properties is fascinating! I love that the app is ever-evolving in its knowledge and looking forward to using the directory to shops when traveling!

I backed this company when they were on Kickstarter and now that the app is out, it’s way better than I had imagined with it just being released. It is so helpful to be able to help identify your crystals when you aren’t too sure which you have been given/been drawn to. Then being able to keep a portable portfolio of which crystals you have or which you would like to get in the future. The information on these is outstanding and beyond what I expected. I would highly suggest this app if you are a crystal collector!!

I found this app after getting an ad on social media. I loved the idea of being able to find out what stones I find in real time. The app has grown so much and has expand to be a holistic and community based experience.

I’m so excited this app has launched! So far I have found that it is really easy to navigate. It has all of the essential things that I am looking for when researching and looking up crystals . I appreciate that it looks modern and sleek and it’s intuitive to navigate !

Purchased a one year subscription, so far the app has not identified one crystal correctly. Personally this was a waste of money and time.

I backed this app through kickstarter and did beta testing. When the official version released, I ran into problems logging in. I emailed their support and they responded very quickly. It took several back and forth emails but they got my account up and running. I’ve started uploading to my collection and a few crystals were misidentified but most have been spot on. I have no doubt this will get better with time and usage! I absolutely love that they include the metaphysical properties of each crystal, so now I won’t have to go search a half dozen blogs on Google to get the same information.
