CT FIT is the app for smart band and smart watch.
CT FIT smart band and smart watch can track all-day activity, exercise, sleep, resting heart rate and exercise heart rate. With CT FIT runs on the phone, all data stored in smart band can be transferred to app and stored in the phone.
CT FIT can display daily activity data including steps, calories burned, and distance. CT FIT also can display resting heart rate for 24 hours, exercise heart rate for the period of exercise, including highest heart rate and average heart rate. CT FIT can show sleep information including start/end time, light sleep time and deep sleep time. With the CT FIT we can set daily activity goals, alarm, and the time for reminders to move. All activity data recorded by CT FIT smart band with HR can be checked on the CT FIT app.
CT FIT also supports the data sharing to Health App which can synchronize exercise, heart rate and sleep data to Health App after authorization.

I don’t get notifications for all my apps
I have two WhatsApp on my phone and I only receive notifications on only whatsapp business. I don’t receive notifications for all my apps. Please upgrade the app so I can get notifications for all my apps on my iPhone.
CT FIT SMART WATCH
So far it’s a cool device. I was hoping to a call&text option on here. I figured it was more than just a Fitbit, but it’s just that.
Great value
This app and the watch are great value. Battery life is good and all the measurements seem to be accurate for this type of device. The sleep, heart rate and O2 indications update quickly. For BP you have to stop your activity and manually start the process which takes 30 secs +/-. The charger connects via a magnetic contact pad which grabs the cable and orients it with no effort.
Smart Watch syncing
Works great with my smart watch. Been using it for a while. Syncs with the watch almost immediately and sets the time using my iPhone!
Stopped Recognizing iPad Aug 2020/Doesn’t Work Oct 2020
I liked the inexpensive watch and app on iPad until 8/5/2020, when they would no longer recognize each other. You need the app to set the watch. If the app isn’t fixed soon, I will stop using the watch in October when Daylight Saving Time ends. I tried again in October 2020, after an app upgrade. It doesn’t work. The watch is running 3 minutes fast, and the time cannot be set without the app.
Be careful
This was a fine app at the beginning. When I upgraded my tablet, it would no longer except this app. I lost all of the data I had amassed and can no longer wear the watch to use every month to compare my results.
Battery hog
It’s ran 2hrs in the background, with the Bluetooth off. I only used it for 5 min. It accounted for 30%of battery use. Deleted!
Magnetic Charger
My charger has turned opposite to my watch. The magnet won’t attach. What can I do?
