Paid for miners still can’t withdrawal to the wallets. Still pending.

This is a very easy and efficient way to get into Crypto mining. I have had no issues sending or receiving funds.
Can I get a Refund?
I purchased 2 farms and a pool. They are efficient miners. I liked everything about it! While setting up for affiliate. They blocked me and it’s been almost 2 months that I paid for a miner but they won’t let me use or respond to the 20 emails I’ve sent
