If you read any app review in your life, it’s this one. The devs seriously need to fix this; imagine being in a rush pulling up your ticket you’ve bought beforehand. Only to find out the app can no longer connect to service, forcing you to buy another ticket that you already bought. Which you also cannot use the receipt for.

How can this not be available? Are you kidding? 🤣🤣🤣

Get on the train and have no way to buy a 10 trip ticket so have to pay higher price

I was able to make an account within the app and purchase my tickets fairly quickly. Interface is a little dated but in my experience it still does the job just fine.

Like it lets you buy a ticket… but that’s it. If you need to look up a schedule you still have to go to the website, and you might as well just get your ticket there. Seriously like they designed this app to do the least possible.

Completely useless app. Wasn’t worth my time to download it.

If you need a train ticket quickly, just use the website, but if you could also use a good laugh, use this app. It reverts modern iPhone keyboards to the iPhone 5 keyboard, and the screen size to the size of the iPhone 5. In an attempt to keep up with post-2012 trends (nice!), the app gives an option to pay with Apple Pay, but it doesn’t seem to work. To be fair, once I stopped laughing, dried my tears, and manually punched in my card number, the app allowed me to buy a ticket. This app’s UI is preposterously archaic, and I can’t see why anyone would choose to use this over the website. 2 out of 5 stars for the laughs and the ab workout I got from laughing so hard

This is a very dated iPod style app. Very clunky. This could really use Dynamic Island, Live Updates, and Apple Wallet support. At least it has Apple Pay support.
