It’s a pretty good app, has a lot of features and I’m glad I gave Ctronics a try, the app is stable and works, but could use a makeover for starters why not make the app logo a security camera, and please add a dark mode. Also even though I changed the name of the camera in the app it still has some weird numbers under the name. Overall 4/5 works well, surprisingly well polished but with just a little more effort would be a 5/5

Contacted customer service about the app while it showed they were available but after texting my question it asked for my name an email. Only to get disconnected and the app then started showing offline. Maybe I can get my question answered this way before I decide to return everything. In the the app one of the buttons says “gun ball linkage” what is that?

The Ctronics Pro app is mediocre at best. While the app itself is functional, it lacks a variety of essential features that would significantly enhance its usability and user experience. One major improvement would be the addition of a surveillance mode that allows for patrols based on predefined positions. This feature would be invaluable for users who need consistent monitoring over specific areas without having to manually adjust the camera each time. Overall, the app is decent but not particularly impressive. It has the potential to be much better with these added functionalities.

Bonne appli , plus stable que la version std Manque 2 petites choses: 1- Un bouton réglage par défaut de l’alarme humanoïde 2- manque le cadre de détection sur les photos pour voir ce qu’il a détecté quand ce n’est pas un être humain Cela permettrait de régler plus facilement la détection permettant d’avoir moins de fausse alertes

Développé en mode rapide ! Je n’ai plus de déconnexions. En revanche pas de fonctionnement en partage d’écran dommage.

Je n ai pas du tout le même avis J ai plusieurs caméras CTRONICS et certaines depuis plus de 5 ans TOUT fonctionne à merveille Jamais de déconnection wifi Certes les logiciels cpro excellents pourraient être encore meilleurs en regroupant toutes les fonctionnalités en intégrant les fonctions dont on dispose par l accès IP

Perte du signal wifi, impossible de lire les enregistrements et quand on fait un chat sur le site on demande le n°de commande Amazon et en attendant rien ne fonctionne. Vraiment déçu 2 caméras qui ne fonctionnent pas comme elle devrait

Plus de notification, plus d’accès aux enregistrement. Faite une mise à jour qui corrige cela
