App is not working . After login it is not opening. Only loading trying these from 3 days i am facing these problems

When I enter password and click login, it shows only white blank screen and nothing else. I have no other option than to close it and go 😡

Once login I get only white screen , every time I used to delete and reinstall and it work for one time then for second time I will get the white screen and again to delete and reinstall - it is happening for the last one month and Iam using IPhone 13 Pro - complained to the branch they are helpless
Unable to see statement
Looks like when you do an upgrade you ppl don’t even do a basic due diligence of making sure we can see the transaction.. Really poor update ..
MPassbook Issues
On the IOS CIB Corp Banking app, mPassbook does not get displayed. Even on tapping then a once on the Home Screen we are not able to view the statement. Probably this issues from the new version only. Also can enable biometric login.
Worst ever app
Worst ever app, not loading after logging in, only blank screen and if you complain to the customer care also, you will not get any proper update, they will call u again and again, they will ask you to check passwords. Why don’t their developer team understand basic that if you enter wrong password, you cannot login
